A Lesson Before Dying Chapter 9 Reflection

This chapter changes your mood and make you really feel for Jefferson and the situation he's in. Jefferson is jail and when they visit him, Jefferson doesn't eat or talk. Grant really doesn't know if he  want to change Jefferson or not. Im still curious to know how he is going to change Jefferson into a man.

As I learn that Grant and Antoine become aware how far African Americans get with education, it never ends. Thid makes me feel bad for the black community back then but also amazing to see that they want to make a change.
